Hi today I have been learning about advent here are some stuff I learnt:
1.Christmas it is also 4 weeks before Christmas its on the 25th of December advent is a time for praying (not for presents)preparing and waiting
what makes advent a special time of year
2. preparing for Christmas the first coming of Jesus Christ in Bethlehem the first coming of Jesus Christ
How can we prepare and always be ready for Jesus´ second coming?
3.we are to live as Christ´s disciples every day
We have been learning about time in our class

Today nbc is having a cultural day and do fun stuff like

We get to perform a special play about Brazil
And a mihi whakatau.
a mihi whakatau is when we welcome the year 1 and 2 into our school we sang a song to them after they came in.
Today I went as well try guess I had a stripe on each side of my face and it was paint I hope it dries I have an new brighton rugby club top I have got a cap and shorts
I am a New Zealander.
In the play I am a footballer. There will be Brazilian foods
And songs. There will be lots and lots of people Aka families. I think we'll have lots and lots of fun and I think I will enjoy it. I've been practising the play for a long time. I think it will be sorted and I think my carrot cake would be good because I am making a carrot cake for the night.

the force awakens!
one frosty morning in the world of star wars
There was a crazy dude called luke skywalker
He had lots of friends
Their names were…
Rey,Poe,Han Solo,Chewbacca and
(friendly fill)
Luke’s dad was a mean guy called
DARTH VADER and his pupils called
Storm Troopers
And he has a ship called the tie fighter
He even can use the force!
He also has a lightsaber
But luke skywalker has a x-wing
can use the force and he has a lightsaber.
One day darth vader plans an attack to
KILL luke skywalker
That is not very nice
The attack was on!
Darth vader gets his gear and attacks
on the tie fighter
Luke does not suspect a thing
But he is always properd
Smash!
Darth vader was attacking
BOOM BOOM BOOM
Went the guns on the ship
Luke was in danger
Luke was about to get killed but just then
Chew Baka jumped in the way
He got killed!
just then a guy called friendly fill
came up to darth vader and got an RPG and
Shot darth vader
BOOM!
THAT JUST HAPPENED
They celebrated by eating cake
